I will create a customized  4 step plan to help you undo the effects of trauma on your brain and body. These 4 steps include:

  1. Create a Circle of Safety
  2. Start with the body.
  3. Hunt for Goodness in the Most Unlikely Places.
  4. Return to the Greater World of Relationships

I use the tools of Somatic Experiencing, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and yoga to help release trauma that’s stored in the body and  mind.
